Testing NRGkick
Step 1 – Order: Select your cable length, add the test kit to your shopping cart, and order conveniently online. The trial period is 21 days – you can try out NRGkick for 3 weeks at your leisure.
Step 2 – Testing: Once the test kit arrives, try out all the charging options, connect the charging unit to the NRGkick app, and test the smart features—including PV-led charging.
Step 3 – Return & decide: Send the test kit back within 21 days. A return label is included – no shipping costs for you. Shortly before the end of the test period, you will receive a $50 voucher by email for the purchase of a new NRGkick charging unit.

Test devices are currently only available for delivery in Austria and Germany.
Ordering the NRGkick test kit costs €75.00. Afterwards, you will receive a voucher worth €50.00 by email, which you can redeem when purchasing a new NRGkick.
The trial period lasts 21 days. If you make up your mind earlier, you can of course return NRGkick sooner.
Please return the test kit after 21 days at the latest.
We have already enclosed a return label with your parcel that you can use for the return. If you can no longer find your return label, please contact us at office@mobile-ladestation.at. You will not incur any costs for the return shipment.
We understand that this can happen. We trust that you will return the unit reliably. Please let us know as soon as you realize that the test unit will not make it back to us on time.
Yes, all charging data stored on the NRGkick will be deleted. The NRGkick will be reset before being sent out again so that new users can start fresh.
