How ordering works
We offer the following payment methods:
Immediately after completing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, which will also contain the payment information. You then have 14 days to transfer the outstanding amount to the specified bank account.
As soon as we have received your bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation from us and we will prepare your order for dispatch. Please note that shipping may take a little longer if there is a high volume of orders.
No, you can also order as a guest.
Yes, you can enter different billing and delivery addresses in the checkout process.
You can enter and confirm a discount code in the voucher/discount code field at checkout.
You can manage orders via „My account“. Updates are also sent by e-mail.
All important information about your order will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. You will receive your invoice by email as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
You can enter your company name and your valid VAT ID in the checkout at the billing address.
Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately on +43 664 401 13 50.
In most cases, failed payments are caused by errors when entering the card number or identification codes. If this is the case, please try the authentication again. If you are not sure whether your payment has worked and whether we have received your order, please call +43 664 537 62 51.
The fastest way to you
We currently offer standard shipping. We ship with Austrian Post in Austria with Austrian Post and with GLS in all other regions.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address.

If you order products for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected once the package reaches its destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer; the seller has no control over these charges. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so we recommend that you check with your local customs authority in advance.
There is also an export duty flat rate for orders to non-EU countries. You can see this in the order overview together with the shipping costs.
We do not have a store with a cash desk on site, so it is not possible to purchase goods at the company location. However, you can place your order online and collect the goods from our site once payment has been received. Please clarify this with us first via telephone (+43 664 537 62 51). We will then inform you when the ordered goods are ready for collection. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
All about returns
The declaration of withdrawal is not bound to any particular form. You can use our sample withdrawal form. The withdrawal deadline is met if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period for withdrawal begins on the day on which you or a person appointed by you received the goods. The withdrawal period is kept if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the period.
Withdrawal from the contract must be announced within the specified period. The goods must be unused and as good as new when they are returned.
Please clarify a return with us in advance. We will be happy to send you a return label.
Please note that we cannot cover the costs for a return shipment that was not made with a return label issued by us.
As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been registered, the goods will be checked. If everything is in order, we will arrange for your order amount to be transferred back to you. Please note that this process may take a few days.
Information for after-purchase
The warranty applies to new goods for two years from delivery of the goods to the customer and to used goods for one year from delivery to the customer.
Please send a description of the fault/defect and the serial number of your NRGkick or the order number to support@mobile-ladestation.at.
Yes, the date of the proof of purchase is relevant for clarifying the warranty period.
The purchased item is first sent back to us and checked by us. If it is a warranty case, the item will be repaired by us free of charge and then sent back to you. If the defect is not covered by the warranty, you will receive detailed information from us about the further process and a cost estimate for the repair. Depending on this, you can then decide how to proceed.

There is a limited number of rental devices that can be used for the duration of the repair of your NRGkick. Please contact our support team for this.
